RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return or refund: Ticketed Events. No refunds for shipping charges, and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

EVENT CANCELATION POLICY
We reserve the right to cancel any event without prior notice, for any reason. Ticketed Events canceled by Deacon Giles, Inc., or any entity or group with an agreement to perform at Deacon Giles, Inc., will be refunded in full within 14 days of cancelation of the event.
Our processing times for shipping are approx. 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders will be shipped via the lowest cost carrier, based on weight and/or size. During high volume times (October 1st to Christmas) we will do our best to ship within our normal turnaround times, but orders may take up to 10 business days to process before shipping.
The customer is responsible for providing us with correct shipping details. If an item is returned to us due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer must pay the difference to have the order reshipped. No refunds will be given for shipping costs.
Gift cards are for in-store use only and may not be used for online purchases.
